At PamperPet Mary Scott, owner and CEO, provides quality, compassionate and concierge services for all types of pets – from dogs and cats to fish, horses, and reptiles, in the Santa Barbara area – including Santa Barbara, Hope Ranch, and Montecito. Mary offers visits, day/evening care, overnight stays and other services in your home so your pet(s) are in familiar, safe surroundings.
Mary is highly experienced, licensed and insured. By assisting owners and their pets with overnight care, pet sitting visits, and dog walking, PamperPet serves both owner and pet with consistent help, clear communication, and top-notch customer service.
SERVICES
Our service starts with a no obligation thirty minute new client appointment in your home ($35). This is to meet you and your pet in person and ensure a good fit. We take careful notes of all instructions on your pet’s routine, feeding and care. We will then customize a schedule of care that works for you and your pet. We have experience giving all kinds of medications to pets. Basic household care is included in our service, such as getting the mail, watering plants and picking up after your pet. Mary is fluent in Spanish which helps in everyday communications.
Our services and rates are listed below. Please note that additional charges may apply for additional pets, extensive medications or remote areas. We accept payments by debit and credit card, and ACH transfers.
DOG WALKING
Let Mary help you exercise your dog on a regular schedule, providing company, stress reduction and all the wonderful benefits of regular exercise.

Your pet’s safety is paramount so we keep your dog on a leash unless in an enclosed area or dog park.
Mary will ask you beforehand how your dog behaves around other pets and people, guaranteeing a positive dog walking experience from door to door.

PET SITTING
PamperPet is there when you can't be, and you can rest assured that your pet is getting the highest quality care possible with Mary’s skills and experience.

With Mary’s background in veterinary care and her dedication to safety and well being, your pets will be calmed and comforted in your absence.
We offer daytime/evening care for pets whose owners have a busy schedule, but don’t want to leave their pets alone for prolonged hours.

OVERNIGHT CARE
PamperPet gives you the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is in trusted, loving, and safe hands all night, in the comfort of your/their own home.

Overnight stay includes Mary arriving by 7:00 pm, feeding dinner, and staying until after breakfast the following day. Includes dog walks as needed.

SPECIAL PET CARE
PamperPet also provides specialized in-home pet care – for example we offer the administration of pet medications as required.

Basic medication administration is included in service rates. Referrals to fluids administration specialists in the area are provided by Mary, free of charge.
PET TRANSPORT
Mary can organize transport for your pet to and from the vet or groomer, or simply to a friend’s house.

$75 per hour door to door – transport to vet, groomer or other appointments ($50 minimum charge per booking)
HOTEL VISITS
Are you visiting Santa Barbara or surrounding areas? Mary can help by staying with your pet in your hotel room while you enjoy everything our lovely community has to offer.
Dog walking, playtime, cleaning up after your pet, and feeding are all included in the hourly rate. Mary provides security and safety for your pet so you can enjoy vacation time without a care.

Are you new to town, or looking to make a change in your vet or groomer? Mary will discuss with you what you are looking for, and recommend a vet/groomer that will be a good fit for you, based on your and your pet's preferences. Price checking, services offered and other information can be researched for you.

Do you have pet-related errands you're too busy to do? Let Pamperpet purchase your pet's favorite food, treats or special toy and deliver it to your home. Picking up medications for your pet can also be handled by our staff.

ALL KINDS OF PETS
We care for a variety of animals: dogs, cats, chickens, birds, horses, mules, ponies, reptiles (chameleons, lizards, snakes, turtles, tortoises, frogs all kinds), fish, rabbits, rodents (hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, mice) and exotic animals such as ferrets. We even had a client who asked us to put out food/water for raccoons.
